How to book
At
Holestone Moor Barns we offer our holiday cottages all year round:
- Full weeks, 7 nights (or more), starting on Fridays; in The Stables (for 4 + baby)
- Weekends, 3 nights, starting on Fridays; in The Stables (for 4 + baby) or The Barn (for 11 + baby), or Both Cottages (for 15 + baby)
- Midweek breaks, 4 nights, starting on Mondays in The Stables (for 4 + baby).
The start days given above are our preferred start days but we will try to be flexible, dependent upon our other bookings.
What next?
- Please first check the cottage Availability
- To request an information pack or make an enquiry about prices and available dates, please complete the Enquiry form on the Contact us page.
- Remember to include the number of people in your party, the number of nights required and the date(s) requested (specific dates or something as vague as the year or month!).
- Your information pack will include a Booking Form, Enquiry letter, diagram of floor plans of the cottages.
- Complete the booking form and return to us with your deposit payment.
- Your deposit should be sent to us to arrive not more than 7 working days after you have made a provisional booking with us.
- Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer (details of our account will be sent to you)
- We will send a receipt which will also tell you when your balance payment is due. (Receipts are sent by post or email, for all payments made.)
